I just scored some beautiful carrots at our local healthfood store on Glastonbury High St. They are robust looking specimens, longer than your average carrot and decidly less sweet. I have done a little research, they are an heirloom variety, cosmic carrot, very appropriate for Glasto! It has been suggested that they would make a good coleslaw; I'm gonna juice 'em.Friday 5 December 2008
